4. Financial Services We Are Authorised to Provide
Under AFSL 222334 and our authorised representative status, we are permitted to provide the following services to wholesale clients only:

We may provide factual or general information related to venture capital structures, ESVCLP frameworks, and innovation investment environments.
✔ General information about our fund activities
Including information about investment focus areas, innovation sectors, and general descriptions of our strategy.
✔ Handling investor enquiries
Responding to general investor questions, arranging meetings, and explaining processes involving wholesale/professional investor eligibility.
✔ Handling founder enquiries
Receiving pitch submissions, reviewing general information, and communicating with founders.
5. What We Do NOT Provide
We do not provide:
✖ Personal financial advice
We do not consider your personal financial situation, objectives, or needs.
All information we provide is general in nature only.
✖ Financial product recommendations or solicitations
Information on this website or in communications does not constitute an offer to invest, acquire, or apply for any financial product.
✖ Custody, dealing, or execution services
✖ Migration or visa advice
Any references to Australian innovation sectors or the National Innovation Visa (NIV) are general information only.
6. Fees and Commissions
Providence Smart Future Pty Ltd:
✔ Does not charge website users any fees
✔ Does not charge investors consultation or documentation fees
✔ Receives no commissions from website interactions
Any fees related to venture fund operations are charged at the fund level, not by Providence Smart Future Pty Ltd.
You will be informed separately of any fees relevant to a specific fund offering via Information Memorandums or related documents (provided only to eligible wholesale investors).
7. Relationships and Associations
Providence Smart Future Pty Ltd is an authorised representative of Providence Fund Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 222334).
We may work with founders, accelerators, universities, corporates, or innovation agencies, but such relationships do not influence the general information we provide to website users.
